LEGACY

On our journey of discovery, we have been learning, carrying out research, expanding what we knew about meat and putting it into practice in El Capricho. In the future, we want to share all this knowledge beyond the restaurant and to pass on to others that respect for the past, the environment and the search for an authentic experience, in order to carry this project forward and prevent the ancestral breeds we work with from dying out.
